O.A.S. Membership Enquiry Form

The Orpington Astronomical Society is a local society based in Orpington, to the south-east of London, England. It is organised in a way that will bring most benefit to members who live in and around Orpington. Places like Petts Wood, Keston, Bromley, Sidcup and Sevenoaks are within fairly easy reach. If you live further away then you may wish to search for a society nearer your home. (See the national societies listed on the links page.)

You are also welcome to join our on-line forums. Membership of the forums is not limited to members of the society, and is free.

The Society's subscription is currently £23 per calendar year (£10 for under-18, £21 for retired/un-waged, £35 for two people at one address). If you would like us to send you information about becoming a member of the Society, and a membership application form, you may use this form to send us your address.

Occasionally this form does not work. This is almost always because the browser is not sending HTTP_REFERER information. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 seems to be particularly bad at this. Another likely culprit is the Norton Internet Secuity firewall, which mangles referrer information for reasons of its own. If you can't get the form to work then please send us your details in an email.
